David works entirely with one framer, Rick Guthrie. His years of experience in the field has led to incredibly high quality and a great selection. They stay in close contact during every stage of the portrait, allowing for Rick to gather the perfect samples. Rick also likes to join David with his clients during the choice of a frame.
For this large, casual portrait of a young girl, the client wanted a simple, yet elegant frame. In looking at the samples, it was decided that this frame, with its subtle pattern around the border, deep profile, and leaf detail at the corners was the perfect match.
